Returns & Exchanges Policy

Made-to-order, no returns/exchanges
All Anxious Desires products are custom-dyed and made to order. For hygiene reasons, production constraints, environmental impact, and import restrictions, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Quality control
Every item passes a quality check before it leaves our studio. Please review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you need help, contact us—we’re happy to assist before you buy.

Faulty or damaged items
In the rare case you receive a faulty item, please contact Anxious Desires on the same day of delivery and before wearing or washing the garment. To qualify for review, the security strap/tag must remain intact, and all protection bags and additional packing goods must be included.

Anxious Desires cannot issue refunds or replacements if:

  • the security strap/tag is broken, removed
  • protection bags or additional packing goods are missing;
  • the garment has been worn, washed, or altered.
